Silver medal winner at the International Pinot Challenge 2013
A unique set of circumstances led to a small batch of our Estate Pinot Noir spending over three years in new French and Canadian oak barrels. The result is a concentrated Pinot with dark cherry and raisins on the nose and ripe raspberries on the palate.
Sommelier Notes: Lovely brick colour with hints of spice and a flavour of gameness, smoked sausage, and slight cocoa content. Flavours of cola and raspberry with red fruit.
