A smooth and refreshing Chardonnay with flavours of pear, apple and lemon peel. Extended contact with lees brings flavours of fresh baked biscuits and a soft texture to the palate. Paired with seafood or spicy foods.
Sommelier notes: Lovely pale lemon colour, ripe apple with hints of flint. Chardonnay has high acid levels which will make it excellent with food. Slight fruit notes. Aromas of fennel seeds and flavours of apple and white unbrewed tea and raw cashews.
