Certainly one of the ripest Gamay wines we have ever made. Enjoy the slight aromas of blackberry, liquorice and black pepper. One the palate, sour cherry and marzipan prevail. This Gamay is dry with soft tannins and note all-important backbone of ripe acidity. It pairs well with charcuterie or BBQ pork tenderloin. Try it with goat cheese pizza or butternut squash ravioli.
